Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Monday 23rd September 2019 till Monday 30th September 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 8th AGM of the Company which is to be held on 30th September 2019.
