In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 12th August 2021 appointed M/s. APK & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2021-2022.
