We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Alankit Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday 12th day of November 2020 at 4E/2 Jhandewalan Extension New Delhi-110055 at 02:30 p.m. interalia to consider and take on record the following:
1. To consider and adopt unaudited Standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020.
2. To consider the Limited Review Report (under Ind-AS) of the company for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020.
Pursuant to the Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities by the designated employees of the Company has already been closed from October 1 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
