HBL Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Company vide circular resolution passed on July 17, 2013 decided to sell the entire stake held by the Company in its subsidiary, Agile Electric Sub Assembly Private Limited. The completion of the sale is subject to conditions.
