Poojawestern Metaliks Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/07/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 16 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds through permissible modes such as preferential issue private placement rights issue warrants or other approved methods to consider the conversion of loans extended by the Promoters/Promoter Group into equity shares of the Company subject to requisite approvals and to transact such other business as may be considered necessary with the permission of the Chair.
