Pursuant to Regulation 8(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we would like inform you that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company has amended the Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders and the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information incorporating therein a policy for determination of "Legitimate purposes of the Company which shall be effective from April 1 2019.
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (as amended) copy of the amended Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information is enclosed.
The above Codes are also being uploaded on the website of the Company w.e.f 01st April 2019.
