We wish to inform to the Exchange that Trident Lifeline Limited has made further Investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 1.00% of TRIDENT MEDIQUIP LIMITED (TML) (CIN: U33309GJ2019PLC110421) a subsidiary company from existing shareholders of the Company. Pursuant to the above the shareholding of the company in Trident Mediquip Limited has increased from 58.67 % to 59.67%.
