In Compliance with the provisions of listing regulations the board of directors of the company in their meeting held on 31st August 2026 has decided that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 17th September 2026 to Thursday 24th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 24th September 2026.
