In terms of Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the companys securities shall remain closed for the Insiders of the Company from the closure of trading hours on 26th July, 2018 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
Giving effect to the above, all the designated persons (including dependants and relatives as per code) are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
