The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have appointed Mr. Pradip Menon as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with immediate effect.
A brief profile of Mr. Pradip Menon is as under :
Mr Pradip Menon has over 26 years of experience in CPG Manufacturing and IT Services sector across developing as well as developed markets. Prior to joining Pidilite Industries Limited he was the CFO of Mindtree Ltd. Bangalore since October 2018. Prior to that he was working as CFO & Whole-time Director at Akzo Nobel India Ltd. Gurgaon from January 2016 to September 2018. He also worked for over 23 years with Unilever in multiple roles both in India as well as Singapore Dubai and Switzerland. Mr. Pradip Menon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
