The company would like to inform that there has been search by the Income Tax Department which concluded on 23rd October 2019. No irregularities had been found during the search operation by the Authorities against the Company. There have been no claims made against the company nor have there been any disclosures. Also the company has not received any statement from the IT officials on the conclusive findings of said search and the promoters deny any wrongdoing.
The company would like to strongly state and clarify that neither the company nor the management have had any involvement in the said Agusta Westland VVIP choppers scam case and the same is totally baseless with an intent to malign the company and its management.
