Notice of Book Closure for 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 28th August 2023. Share transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will remain close from 22nd August to 28th August 2023. Further payment of dividend which is recommended at Rs. 5/- per share for Fy 22-23 if declared will be paid to those members whose names are in Companys Register of Members and to those beneficial owners as provided by the Depositories as at the close of business on Monday 21st August 2023.
