Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Members of Bloom Industries Limited at its 37th AGM held today i.e. 30th September 2026 have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Akash Gupta(DIN:01326005) as the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years effective from October 01 2026 till September 29 2031 (both days inclusive).
