IA/549 (AHM) 2021 in CP (IB) 221 of 2019 filed by the Resolution Professional of the Company for approval of Resolution plan of the Company has been listed today for the pronouncement of the Order before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad bench and the said Resolution Plan is approved by the NCLT.
