We want to inform that The Madhav Power Private Limited is associate company of The Suncare Traders Limited but the holding of Suncare Traders Limited(The Parent Company) in Madhav Power Limited(The Associate Company)is reduced from 49.07% to 19.07% on 25.03.2023 so due to that consolidated Financial results is not applicable to the company from the quarter ended as on 31.03.2023.Heneceforth we are only declaring Standalone Audited Results of our company The Suncare Traders Limited for quarter ended as on 31.03.2023. The Outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 24th May 2023 is in accordance with SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and taken on record inter-alia the following items attached herewith.
