We would like to inform all our stakeholders that HFCL Pty Ltd a step-down subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Australia has been voluntarily liquidated and deregistered w.e.f. August 19 2026.The Company received the intimation of the aforesaid liquidation today i.e. on August 19 2026.HFCL Pty Ltd did not have any business operations and accordingly its voluntary liquidation will not have any financial impact on the business of the Company.The details as required under Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure -1.
