In terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) read with the Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Borax Morarji Ltd., is scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th November, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results Reviewed by the Auditors for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017.
As required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this may be treated as advance intimation.
