A weekly dividend of Rs 0.015 per unit has been declared in the dividend re-investment option of Birla Cash Plus. The record date is May 18, 2001.

The fund is a first in the family of open-ended short-term debt funds, with a focus on generating reasonable returns backed by high level of safety and liquidity. As on April 30, 2001 the fund held 67% of its assets in high quality short term instruments like CPs, CDs, short term NCDs and the balance 33 per cent in call and cash. The fund offers redemption in 24 hours.
