Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 2nd February, 2018 to 11th February, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all the officers and designated employees as defined in the code for the event of Board meeting to be held on 09th February, 2018.
