Arambhan Hospitality Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2023 inter alia to consider and approve and adopt the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the half Year ended 30th September 2023.Pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours (i.e. 13th November 2023) after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September 2023.
