This is to inform you that pursuant to Internal Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of the company framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended form time to time the Insider Trading Window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from 04th April 2019 till the end of 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended on March 31 2019 become generally available information.
Accordingly all the Directors Promoters Designated Employees and other Connected Person are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company during the closure of Trading Window.
