Canbank Mutual Fund has proposed the merger of Canbonus, Canglobal and Canpep '95 with Canequity Diversified, effective December 27, 2004. This merger is intended to provide flexibility in the operations of the scheme and also to reduce costs. The investors who are not in favour of the merger can exit from the respective schemes at the prevailing NAV without any exit load on or before December 21, 2004.
