we inform you that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 04th June 2021 has discussed and
1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Goyal as chairman of the company.
2. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Director of the company has appointed Mr. Moon Goyal as a Whole Time Director of the company for the period of Five years with effect from 04.06.2021 to 03.06.2026.
3. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have re-designated Mr. Satish Kumar Goyal as the Managing Director of the Company. The said re-designation will be subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting of the company.
4. Took Note of sad demise of Mr. OM Prakash Agarwal Managing Director of the Company.
