With reference to the earlier letter dated May 26, 2016 regarding Board recommends Dividend, Salzer Electronics Ltd has further informed to BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 26, 2016, recommended a dividend of 16% (Rs.1.60 per share) for the year 2015-16 subject to declaration by the shareholders.
