FDC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2021 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday February 04 2020 at Mumbai to interalia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31 2020.
Further in accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 also as intimated vide letter dated December 30 2020 the Trading Window of the Company is closed for all the Directors and Designated Persons from Friday January 01 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results i.e up to Saturday February 06 2021 (both days inclusive).
