In continuation to our previous intimations and on compliance by the company of the order passed by Division Bench of Honble High Court of Madras in OSA (CAD) No. 163 of 2023 the earlier Order passed in Execution Petition numbered 92 of 2023 on 22.11.2023 has been stayed by the Division Bench of Honble High Court of Madras and has directed to re list the EP No. 92 of 2023 in January 22 2024.
