Star Delta Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2017, to consider and approve the standalone audited financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and year ending March 31, 2017 and to recommend final dividend for the Financial Year 2016-17, if any.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from May 19, 2017 to June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive).
