Bajaj Electricals Limited ("Company") had issued a notice dated May 22 2019 for convening its 80th annual general meeting ("Notice") along with a copy of the annual report of the Company for the financial year 2018-19 ("Annual Report"). In this regard please find enclosed herewith an addendum issued by the Company ("Addendum") clarifying that the shareholding pattern of the "promoters" of the Company as appearing on (i) page 7; (ii) paragraphs IV (i) (A)l IV(ii) and IV{iii) on pages 64 65 and 66 of the Annexure-S to Directors Report - Extract of Annual Return; and (iii) pages 107 and 108 of the Annual Report be read as the shareholding pattern of the "promoter and the promoter group of the Company".
The members of the Company are hereby requested to take note of the Addendum. The Annual Report and the Addendum should be read in conjunction.
