This is to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the provisions of the Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended is not applicable to the Company as the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less that Rs. 10.00 Crores and Net worth of the Company is less than Rs. 25.00 Crore as on 31st March 2020.
