According to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and in accordance with the requirements of Sub clause 16(k) of Para A of part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Honble NCLT Mumbai has approved the resolution plan in the matter of the Corporate Debtor namely Parenteral Drugs(India) Ltd. vide their order dated 16.01.2025 as enclosed hereunder
