Pursuant to the letter dated 23rd September 2026 we had informed that the Company had filed an application with the Registrar of Companies Chennai through e-form GNL-1 seeking an extension of the time for holding the 32nd Annual General meeting ("AGM") of the members which is otherwise required to b held on or before 30th September 2026 and the application was approved by the ROC Chennai on 24th September 2026. The Company has received the extension of three months i.e. 31st December 2026 to hold the 32nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the members. The extension letter received from the ROC Chennai is enclosed herewith.
