Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Power Supply Agreement Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement and a Supplementary Agreement with Sterling MH Wind Private Limited and Sterling Agro Industries Limited for procurement of renewable wind power under the Group captive framework prescribed under the Electricity Act 2003.
