HEG: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

the Board of Directors at its meeting held today approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- to the
Equity Shareholders of the Company.
The Record date i.e 19th February 2020 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend has been noted/ confirmed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today.
The said Interim Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before 11th March 2020.
