JP Morgan Mutual Fund has entered into an agreement with Edelweiss Mutual Fund for the transfer of all mutual fund schemes operated by it and the corresponding change in sponsorship, trusteeship, management and administration of the schemes.
Further, it is proposed to merge certain schemes of Edelweiss MF into the corresponding schemes of JP Morgan MF and merge a JP Morgan MF scheme into the corresponding scheme of Edelweiss MF. The details are as under:
