Expense charged by direct plans

Most mutual funds do not declare segregated expense ratios for their regular and direct plans

I would like to know more about the expense charged by direct funds. I have noticed that a few direct funds are showing expense of 1.3 per cent or applicable charges, whereas some direct plans do not show any expense at all. For example, Axis Long Term Equity (Direct Plan) expense is - (dash) . Does this mean this fund does not charge any expenses? Please clarify.

Most mutual funds do not declare segregated expense ratios for their regular and direct plans. We display the expense when the data is available and leave it out when it is not available. The - (dash) doesn't mean that this plan doesn't charge any expense. It only means that the data is not available
