I was in service from 2002-2013. Then started my own venture. After I left my job, I withdrew the money from Employees Provident Fund. But I am not sure how will I get family pension after the age of 58 (retirement as mentioned in EPF form) for which I paid for 11 years.

You will qualify for pension under Employees Pension Scheme (SPS) if you have attained the age of 50 years or more, you have completed a total service of 10 years or more and you are not getting any other EPF Pension. You can apply for pension through your last employer by filling up Form-10D. If you want to draw pension from a different place, you have to furnish appropriate bank/post office address in the application form.
