DHFL Pramerica Mutual Fund has entered into a transaction with Deutsche Mutual Fund for acquisition of the schemes of Deutsche Mutual Fund and the corresponding change in the sponsorship, trusteeship, management and administration of the DWS Schemes upon the copletion of the transaction.
The following shall be the changes with effect from March 4, 2016:
