Star Ferro and Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from January 31, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
