Exide life insurance is the new name for ING Vysya Life Insurance which started its operations in 2001-02. As per company disclosures, the new name and brand identity had no impact on the operations of the company. The members of the board of directors and senior management of the company remained same. We do not recommend buying insurance from this company due to its lower claim settlement ratio.
