I am a PSE employee in SAIL. I use ITR-I to file my returns. I want to know how do I show my equity mutual fund investments while filing my income tax return? Also, how do I show my equity MF redemption after a year for long term capital gains?

You have to show your mutual fund investments only if you are investing in equity linked savings schemes (ELSS) to claim tax deduction under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act. You should use ITR 2A to show your long-term capital gains that are exempt from tax.
