HDFC Arbitrage Wholesale Fund declares dividend at Rs 0.04 per unit

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced dividend under HDFC Arbitrage Wholesale-D and HDFC Arbitrage Wholesale Direct-D. The quantum of dividend shall be ₹0.04 per unit.

The fund house has announced dividend under the dividend option of HDFC FMP 370D Apr 2014 (3) Reg-D, HDFC FMP 370D Apr 2014 (3) Reg-DQ, HDFC FMP 370D Apr 2014 (3) Direct-D and HDFC FMP 370D Apr 2014 (3) Direct-DQ. The quantum of dividend will be the entire distributable surplus as on the record date.

The record date has been fixed as April 27, 2015.

The fund house has also decided to roll over HDFC Fixed Maturity Plan 367D May 2014 (1) for 775 days. The scheme shall now mature on June 20, 2017.
