DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has announced dividend under the dividend option of DSPBR FMP Ser 161-12M Reg-DQ, DSPBR FMP Ser 161-12M Reg-D, DSPBR FMP Ser 161-12M Direct-DQ, DSPBR FMP Ser 161-12M Direct-D, DSPBR FMP Ser 162-12M Reg-DQ, DSPBR FMP Ser 162-12M Reg-D, DSPBR FMP Ser 162-12M Direct-DQ, DSPBR FMP Ser 162-12M Direct-D, DSPBR FTP Ser 36-15M Reg-D, DSPBR FTP Ser 36-15M Direct-D, DSPBR FTP Ser 37-14M Reg-D and DSPBR FTP Ser 37-14M Direct-D. The quantum of dividend shall be entire distributable surplus.

The record date has been fixed as April 20, 2015.
