I just wanted to know whether RGESS is still continuing or not? Is there any change with regards to Union Budget 2014?

Rajiv Gandhi Equity Savings Scheme (RGESS) will continue as earlier under Section 80CCG. You may invest upto ₹50,000 in a financial year to claim tax benefits upto ₹25000. Interest earned on the investment is fully tax free. However, it does not assure any specific percentage of returns. There is no change proposed in this scheme under Union Budget 2014.
