Getting Info about Claim Procedures

Call the insurance company with details of your policy number & member ID to know about the claim procedures

My wife has an insurance policy provided by her employer from New India Assurance for ₹30,000 for maternity and my employer provides another maternity cover of ₹50,000 for the same purpose from National Insurance through a TPA. Please let us know the procedure to claim benefits from both my employer and my wife's employer. - Ashish Kumar Jain

You need to call both the insurance companies with details of your policy number and member ID to know the claim procedures. Customer service numbers would be printed on the insurance ID cards provided by the company. If you would like to claim from both the insurers, the contribution clause will apply where insurers will pay the claim proportionately in accordance with their policy limits.
