Salzer Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for First Quarter ended June 30, 2015 and Limited Review Report thereof.
Further, in pursuance of Prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Companys Policy on Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the Promoters / Promoters Group / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the company shall remain closed from August 01, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive).
