Merger of UTI Master Value Fund into UTI Mid Cap Fund

UTI Mutual fund announced the merger of UTI Master Value Fund into UTI Mid Cap Fund, with effect from March 26, 2014.

Following the merger, the plans and options of UTI Master Value Fund will remain the same in merged scheme. All other fundamental attributes remain the same.

The existing unit holders, who do not approve of the above merger, have an option to exit the scheme anytime between February 25, 2014 to March 26, 2014 without paying any exit load.
