I want to know the what is the term Minimum Balance indicates in the mutual funds? Does it have anything to do with exiting the fund?

One needs to maintain the stipulated minimum balance in funds in order to stay invested. If your investments go below this value, through any withdrawal or transfer, the AMC can close the account after giving a notice of 30 days. After this the remaining balance is sent to the unitholder.
