PGIM India Mutual Fund temporarily restricts subscriptions in three International FoFs

PGIM Mutual Fund has announced a temporary suspension on fresh subscriptions in its following schemes, effective from March 10, 2026:

• PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund
• PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund
• PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund

The suspension applies to all fresh lumpsum subscriptions, switch-ins, and new registration for SIPs, STPs, and IDCW Transfer Plans. Existing SIPs, STPs, and IDCW Transfer Plan will continue to be processed.
The suspension does not affect redemptions, switch-outs, switches between plans/options, or SWP registrations, which will continue as usual.
