Tata Equity Savings Fund to Merge with Tata Balanced Advantage Fund

Tata Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Tata Equity Savings Fund into Tata Balanced Advantage Fund, effective February 20, 2026. As a result of this merger, Tata Equity Savings Fund will cease to exist, and its unitholders will become unitholders of Tata Balanced Advantage Fund.

Exit Window: Unitholders of Tata Equity Savings Fund who do not favor this merger can exit or switch their investments without any exit load between January 22, 2026, and February 20, 2026.
