PNB Housing Finance

PNB Housing Finance is a retail-focused housing finance company offering loans for home purchase, construction and renovation. Its lending portfolio is divided into three key segments: Prime, Emerging Markets and Affordable.

As of FY25, 99 per cent of its loans are retail, with Affordable and Emerging Markets accounting for 36 per cent of retail disbursements. The company operates solely in India.

The company also operates internationally, with clients across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong and Canada.

In FY25, international operations contributed 29 per cent to total revenue. It serviced Rs 21.9 trillion in mutual fund AAUM, managed 170 million issuer folios, handled Rs 1.5 trillion in AIF/PMS assets and supported 1.62 million NPS subscribers.

K P R Mill

K P R  Mill is a vertically integrated textile company headquartered in Coimbatore, India. It operates across key segments, including yarn, fabrics, garments, sugar, ethanol and renewable energy. The company runs 15 manufacturing units with annual capacities of 1,00,000 MT (metric tonnes) of yarn, 40,000 MT of fabrics and 157 million garments.

In FY25, garments contributed Rs 2,571 crore in revenue, followed by yarn and fabric at Rs 1,940 crore, sugar at Rs 473 crore and ethanol at Rs 1,012 crore. Over 55 per cent of garment exports go to Europe, its largest overseas market. K P R meets most of its power needs through 193 MW of green energy.

The company generates most of its revenue from consultancy and turnkey projects.
